TCP Early Traffic Mini Giveaway — Official Rules

1. Sponsor
This giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by The Cleaners Place LLC (“Sponsor”). Questions about the Giveaway can be sent to [email protected].
2. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins September 18, 2026 at 12:01 AM EST and entries must be received by October 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST (the “Giveaway Period”). Sponsor's system clock is the official time-keeping device for this Giveaway.
3. Eligibility
- Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia.
- Must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
- Entrants do not need to own or operate a cleaning business themselves — entering on behalf of, or with the intention of passing the prize to, a cleaning-business owner you know is permitted.
- No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win.
- Void where prohibited by law.
- Employees, contractors, and agents of Sponsor directly involved in administering this Giveaway, and their immediate household members, are not eligible.
4. How to Enter
During the Giveaway Period, visit the entry page and complete the entry form, providing first name, last name, email address, city, state, and team size (cleaning business name is optional, since entrants do not need to be cleaning-business owners themselves), plus confirming you are 18 or older and agreeing to these Official Rules and the Privacy Policy. Limit one (1) entry per person / email address for the duration of the Giveaway Period. Entries using multiple email addresses, identities, or any automated means will be void. An entrant may optionally enter via another entrant's referral link; doing so does not change the entrant's own one (1) entry, but does earn the referring entrant a bonus entry as described below.
5. Bonus (Referral) Entries
After entering, each entrant receives a unique referral link. For each additional eligible, non-duplicate entrant who enters this Giveaway using that link during the Giveaway Period, the referring entrant receives one (1) additional entry into the drawing, up to a maximum of 10 additional entries (11 total entries) per entrant. Regardless of the number of entries any individual entrant accumulates through this program, each entrant may win at most one (1) prize.
6. Prize
One (1) winner will receive:
- One $50 Amazon Gift Card (approximate retail value: $50)
- One (1) free month of The Cleaners Place software subscription (approximate retail value: up to $149, depending on the winner's plan)
Total approximate retail value of the prize: up to $199. Only one prize will be awarded.
7. Winner Selection and Notification
One winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries (including bonus entries earned under Section 5) received during the Giveaway Period. The drawing will take place within ten (10) business days after the Giveaway Period ends. The winner will be notified by email using the address provided at entry. The winner must respond within 72 hours of notification to accept the prize. If the selected winner does not respond within that window, an alternate winner may be selected in the same manner, subject to the same response deadline.
8. Prize Fulfillment
The Amazon Gift Card will be delivered electronically to the winner's verified email address. The free month of The Cleaners Place will be provided as a single-use promotional code. The winner is not required to redeem the promotional code on their own account — they may instead pass it, and the Gift Card, along to another individual or cleaning business of their choosing.
9. Odds
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period, including bonus entries earned under Section 5.
10. Taxes
The winner is solely responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance and use of the prize.
11. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant it believes, in its sole discretion, has engaged in fraudulent activity, tampering with the entry process, or any conduct that violates these Official Rules or is otherwise not in the spirit of this Giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify this Giveaway if it is unable to run as planned for any reason, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause beyond Sponsor's reasonable control.
12. Publicity
Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's first name, last initial, and general location (city/state) for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.
13. Privacy
Information collected in connection with this Giveaway is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy. Marketing-email consent is collected separately from Giveaway entry and is never required in order to enter.
14. Disputes / Governing Law
This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
15. Sponsor Is Not Affiliated With Amazon or Any Social Platform
This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Amazon.com, Inc., Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Corporation, or any other social media platform used to promote it. Amazon, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn are trademarks of their respective owners.
