The Cleaners Place is an all-in-one business-management platform for cleaning companies. We're recruiting independent sales reps to find prospects, sell TCP, and close subscriptions.
Independent Contractor • Commission Only • Remote • No Base Salary or Guaranteed Income
What you're selling
The Cleaners Place brings customer management, scheduling, recurring jobs, quotes & invoices, staff management, online booking, and the rest of the day-to-day into one platform.
For a one-person operation
For a growing crew
For established businesses
Many cleaners currently run their business through a patchwork:
You're selling less chaos, less admin, and more time to clean and grow the business.
Who we're looking for
Helpful but not required: previous sales, cold-calling, SaaS, small-business sales, cleaning-industry, appointment-setting, or closing experience.
What reps do
New reps get a starter batch of pre-qualified leads the moment onboarding is done, plus more as they show they can close. Sourcing your own on top of that is always welcome.
How you get paid
Commission-only independent contractor opportunity. No base salary, hourly wage, or guaranteed income.
| Qualified customers / month | Commission rate |
|---|---|
| 0–5 qualified customers / month | 50% |
| 6–10 | 60% |
| 11+ | 70% |
Commission applies to qualifying subscription revenue collected during each customer's first 12 paid months. Free trial periods generate no commission.
When you reach a higher tier, it applies to qualifying new customers from that point forward and stays active through the entire following calendar month. At month-end, your results determine whether you maintain, increase, or decrease your tier for the next month. Rates already assigned to existing customers never decrease because your future tier changes.
Example: reach 7 qualified customers in September → you're at 60% through October. October's results set November: 0–5 = 50%, 6–10 = 60%, 11+ = 70%.
Illustrative only — not guaranteed earnings. Actual results depend on sales volume, plan mix, successful payments, retention during the eligible period, refunds/chargebacks, and your commission tier.

Illustrative — your dashboard fills in as you close customers.
Every approved rep gets a unique code and tracked signup link. Customer attribution, subscription payments, and eligible commissions are tracked automatically, with a customer-by-customer ledger you can see any time. Full detail — including duplicate-lead disputes — lives in the official Commission & Attribution Policy, shared during onboarding.
The Cleaners Place is new — you're not joining a mature corporate sales org, and you'll help discover what messaging, objections and processes actually work. But you're not starting from zero either: you get a starter batch of leads on day one. In return, we give you transparent commission tracking, real sales tools, direct access to the company, and real room to grow if you perform.
Not guaranteed — but possible paths for strong performers:
We may be able to accept contractors in supported countries. We'll ask your country of residence and where you'll perform services — we have to be able to lawfully engage and pay contractors there. We do not collect tax forms, tax IDs, banking information, passports, or government IDs on this application. Anything like that is collected securely after you're selected.
Full name, email, phone, city, state/province, country and time zone are required. Everything else is optional — including your resume.
If you're comfortable finding opportunities, talking to business owners, and getting paid based on the customers you close, we'd like to hear from you.
